Return Policy
What’s your return, refund, and exchange policy?
You can return your order and get a full refund If you are not satisfied with your product, as long as it’s in new or slightly used condition. Please let us know by contacting us at support@nirajshah.me and we will email you a return label to print out and use to ship the item back.
For clothing, to assure you order the correct size, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received by the customer. If the item is deemed defective, the customer will get a full refund.
Please submit claim to support@nirajshah.me within 30 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and any photos showing damages, mis-prints, etc. You can choose for a refund or to have a replacement shipped.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
